We’re looking for a ServiceNow Developer to provide services to one of our clients in the pharmaceutical sector, within a dynamic and fast-evolving automation environment. 

You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering end-to-end solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on the Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) module and on supporting business-led, low-code initiatives built directly by key users.

This role combines technical expertise, innovation, and cross-team collaboration to contribute to the client’s broader digital transformation strategy, either in factory automation contexts or global IT enablement initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES🚀:

• Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications with a focus on the WSD and ITSM modules.
• Collaborate on Citizen Development initiatives (projects led by business users using low-code tools), enabling them to participate in solution design and development.
• Customize workflows, UI components, and integrations using scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript) and ServiceNow APIs.
• Build and enhance dashboards, reporting solutions, and self-service portals (Service Portal).
• Analyze and optimize system performance; apply corrective actions and root cause analysis.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices in architecture, security (ACLs, roles, groups), and platform configuration.
• Conduct code reviews and quality assurance of deliverables.
• Facilitate client or internal workshops for ideation, co-creation, and validation of solutions.
• Support Agile delivery practices and contribute to DevOps activities as needed.
• Stay current on ServiceNow platform evolution and identify new opportunities for improvement. 

SKILLS 🤹:

• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development or similar engineering roles.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML/XML, and working with ServiceNow APIs.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM and WSD modules.
• Experience with Citizen Development (low-code solutions built by business users) or working in collaborative development environments.
• Familiarity with Flow Designer, Studio IDE, and Update Sets.
• Knowledge of relational databases and data modelling.
• Understanding of ServiceNow architecture and platform best practices.
• Experience with Service Portal customisation and third-party integrations.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes (incident, change, request management, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical thinking, customer orientation, and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams.

 ♛ NICE TO HAVE: 

• Experience facilitating client-facing workshops or innovation sessions.
• Exposure to digital transformation initiatives in global or manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of low-code/no-code development principles.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow security models, ACL implementation, and access governance.

SCHEDULE 🕘:

• 08/09h -17/18h Monday to Friday (flexible start/end time).
• Hybrid preferred (1 day/week onsite), but 100% remote is also possible.
