SKILLS 🤹:

• Experience with:
  • 2nd and 3rd level support for Voice Services.
  • MS Teams telephony features and deployments.
  • Contact Center platforms (Genesys PureCloud or similar).
  • Audiocodes SBCs and Telephony Gateways.
  • PowerShell scripting.
  • Enterprise Voice solutions in global environments.
  • Network Architecture and QoS (voice/video).
  • Azure Active Directory.

• Fluent English.
• Basic knowledge of project management and IT lifecycle methodology.
• Education: Associate degree with 4+ years of experience, or Bachelor's with 2+, or Master's with 1+, or 4+ years of relevant IT/business experience.

Responsibilities 🚀: 

• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for global Voice Services and infrastructure.
• Administer and maintain Enterprise Voice systems, including MS Teams telephony and Contact Center technologies.
• Deploy and manage telephony features in Microsoft Teams environments.
• Operate and support Audiocodes SBCs and Telephony Gateways.
• Configure and maintain cloud-based Contact Center platforms (e.g., Genesys PureCloud or similar).
• Collaborate with global teams, including local engineers and telecom providers, to implement and support voice solutions across multiple locations.
• Utilize PowerShell and other scripting tools to automate tasks and support system operations.
• Assist in the design and optimization of network architecture with a focus on QoS for real-time voice and video communications.
• Manage integration with Azure Active Directory and related services.
• Participate in IT projects to implement and upgrade UC and voice-related technologies.
• Maintain regular communication with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Follow lifecycle methodology and contribute to project planning and documentation.

SCHEDULE 🕘:

• 08/09h -17/18h from Monday to Friday (flexible)
• 1 day of office work | 4 days by remote.
