We are looking for a "Principal Systems Engineer" to manage and support the Privileged Access management (PAM) Solution and Non-Human Identity (NHI) Secrets Management Solution of one of our clients in the pharmaceutical sector.

Responsibilities 🚀: 

• Operational Support: Provide operational support for our PAM and NHI systems, ensuring high availability and performance across IT and OT environments.

• Monitoring & Maintenance: Perform routine health checks, system updates, and maintenance tasks to ensure operational stability and compliance.

• Incident & Problem Management: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to privileged access and identity management, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• OT Environment Support: Collaborate with OT teams to ensure PAM solutions are effectively integrated and maintained within industrial control systems and other OT platforms.
• Identity Lifecycle Management: Operate and maintain systems that manage both human & non-human identities (e.g., service accounts, APIs, devices), ensuring secure provisioning, rotation, and decommissioning.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and compliance reports related to PAM and NHI systems.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize existing PAM/NHI operations and contribute to automation and efficiency initiatives.

SKILLS 🤹:

Previous experience in:

• Operating and managing PAM systems in OT environments.
• Handling non-human identity lifecycle (containers, services, IoT).
• Supporting global operations and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Performing compliance checks and access audits.
• Providing training and support to IT/OT teams.
• Working with PAM tools (Delinea, HashiCorp, CyberArk, etc.).
• Managing non-human identities in hybrid setups.
• Scripting/automation skills (PowerShell, Python).
• Knowledge of Azure AD, network security, and access control.

SCHEDULE 🕘:

• 08/09h -17/18h from Monday to Friday (flexible)
• 1 day of office work | 4 days by remote.
