System Engineer - SailPoint Developer & Testing Expert | Pharma (Hybrid)
We are looking for a "System Engineer – SailPoint Developer & Testing Expert" to drive automation, compliance, and continuous improvement within the global Identity & Access Management (IAM) landscape of a leading pharmaceutical company.
You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing automated IAM lifecycle processes, ensuring secure, compliant, and audit-ready identity management services across international environments.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES 🚀:
Drive continuous improvement of automated IAM lifecycle processes.
Design, implement, and optimize automation frameworks supporting Identity & Account Management.
Build audit-ready automation solutions covering identity lifecycle processes from development to deployment.
Integrate IAM automation into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring reliability and scalability.
Develop, maintain, and enhance scripts and automation frameworks (PowerShell, Python, REST APIs).
Own and manage test automation for IAM lifecycle processes.
Define and implement automated test cases that generate compliance evidence.
Support access certification and compliance campaigns through automation initiatives.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM-related issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Participate regularly in onsite collaboration with the team in Spain, especially during onboarding phase.
SKILLS 🤹:
• Strong hands-on experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint and Azure AD / Entra.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation integration practices.
• Experience with scripting languages (Java, PowerShell, Python, or similar).
• Knowledge of APIs and system integrations.
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory standards (GDPR, GxP, ITIL).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Tosca) is highly valued.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Bitbucket, Jira, and Confluence.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
NICE TO HAVE:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
• Several years of experience working with IAM systems, ideally SailPoint.
• Solid knowledge of ITIL processes (change management, incident management, security, compliance).
• Experience working in international or multi-site environments.
• Proven ability to lead automation initiatives and define best practices in IAM testing and compliance.
SCHEDULE 🕘:
08/09h -17/18h from Monday to Friday (flexible)
4 days by remote & 1 day on-site
