We are looking for a "Citrix Virtual Desktop Engineer" to support and optimize virtual desktop environments within a global enterprise environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of Citrix-based virtual desktop solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high availability, automate operations, and provide expert-level support for complex issues.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES 🚀:

• Manage incident resolution for Citrix virtual desktop environments, ensuring timely and effective support.

• Administer and optimize virtual desktop infrastructures, including user profiles and access policies.

• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability of VDI environments.

• Automate routine operational tasks using PowerShell and Infrastructure as Code tools.

• Collaborate with networking, security, and identity teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Lead the resolution of complex technical issues and provide expert-level support.

• Maintain and create technical documentation for architecture, processes, and operational procedures.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of virtual desktop services and automation practices.

SKILLS 🤹:

• Microsoft and Citrix certifications (e.g., AZ-140, MS-102).

• Strong experience with Citrix Virtual Desktop environments.

• Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments.

• Experience with ServiceNow for incident and service management.

• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform.

• Strong scripting skills (PowerShell preferred).

• Experience managing user profiles and access policies.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to work in global, cross-functional teams.

• Professional-level English communication skills.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

• Experience with FSLogix and conditional access policies.

• Knowledge of Azure Files, NetApp, or similar storage solutions.

• Experience with additional IaC and scripting tools (ARM, Bicep, Ansible).

• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.

SCHEDULE 🕘:

• 08/09h -17/18h from Monday to Friday (flexible)

• 4 days by remote & 1 day on-site
